CHRISTMAS SHIPPING - AUCKLAND ONLY

 

XMAS PERIOD DESPATCH WITHIN 20KM RADIUS AUCKLAND CITY

-     Due to the fragile nature of plants / ceramics etc, the 'AUCKLAND ONLY DELIVERY REGION' will apply during the busy Christmas season. NB: mainland only excluding Waiheke Island, Rakino Island, Kawau Island & Great Barrier Island)

-     The delivery service WILL BE A HAND DELIVERED SERVICE (refer to delivery region map below).

-     Orders will be despatched between Friday to Sunday over the Xmas Period until 14 January 2025 with the cut off point being Thursday 5pm.

-     Orders placed after Thursday 5pm will be despatched the following week Friday to Saturday.

-     Our normal shipping/delivery service will resume using NZ couriers, shipping to all regions (both the North and South Islands) and will commence from 15 January 2025.

-     When placing order please specify a safe and preferably under cover spot to leave package/s should there be nobody at home. Upon delivery  a photograph will be taken to document delivery has been completed. We will take no responsibility for missing items once the product has been delivered and photographed.

-     When checking out please supply us with a physical residential address. NB: We are unable to deliver to a PO BOX address. 
 
-     We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.
 
​-       If there is a delay in making delivery due to product being out of stock, you will be notified as early as possible, and you will be given the option to cancel the order and  receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in relation to the product/s that cannot be delivered within the estimated delivery time.

RETURN, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

​-     Due to the fragility of plants / planters, your order cannot be exchanged or returned should you change your mind.

​-     Our plants are packaged in an upright cardboard box with either air bags/polysterine or paper to ensure they are not damaged in transit - marked clearly 'LIVING PLANTS - FRAGILE - THIS WAY UP'.

​-     A minor amount of damage may occur depending on the plant. 

​-     In the unlikely occurrence your plant is damaged in transit please email us at:  rochellenoble@threespadesdesign.co.nz with a photograph of any  damage that has occurred. This must be lodged with us within 48 hours of delivery of the plant. We can then replace or refund your purchase.

-     NB: Please send photographic evidence if a plant is being returned due to damage, it must be returned in its original packaging. All items returned are required to be tracked.
 
​-     Products purchased 'on sale' are strictly non-refundable.​

-     Please be sure you have purchased the correct product, as once the purchase is in our system - cancellations and exchanges cannot be made.

-     This includes if you have a change of mind or have anticipated a bigger or smaller plant (plants will be purchased from nurseries and the size of the pot will be stated in the plant copy - they MAY differ from the size of the photographed plant on the website).

-     We take every care to that the description and colour of the products displayed on our website are true, however, while we do our best to ensure a close representation we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by browser software or computer.
